Default How do I get to 15 psi?

I want to be able to adjust my boost level in my project car anywhere between 7-15 psi, depending on driving conditions (regular driving/race)...

The car has a built d16 non-vtec. The engine builder has assured me it can take 20-25 lbs of boost, and I trust him. The car is a 93 civic dx. I really just want to know what kind of hardware and electronics you guys would recommend so I don't break the bank, yet I am running safe. Here are the "for sure" items, I'm looking for suggestions on everything else.

Turbo: Garret T3 "super60" with .48 a/r... or should I go .63?

I'm taking suggestions on an intercooler (preferably used)

Injectors? 450cc or 550cc?

2bar map sensor, right?

Safc? (standalone looks too expensive)

turbo timer?

internal or external wastegate? does it make a difference?

high flow fuel pump?

This isn't engine related, but LSD? has anyone tried a Phantom Grip? Positive/negative feedback?

I already have an idea of all this, i'm just interested in what other people may be using/or would recommend.

Thanks for ANY info.

Get the A/R .63 more flow more top end.
get 550cc injectors.
I you're going to a 2 bar map you need a standalone, or wait for the Ghettodyne with boost support.s-afc...with the hack you can get to 10-11 psi max, don't know if it works with a 2bar map, I don't think so. You need to research on that. doesn't matter what wastegate and if you're running 15 psi you definatly need a better fuel pump.
go with a real LSD, there is a post on the forum about it.
Phantom grip sux .. is my conclusion
right now I'm going to use a Fuel control trailorpark budget hack with chipped ecu with ghettodyne. 450cc injectors running 9.somtin' psi till I get a CEL. stock fuel pump with a KKK-26 turbo and audi external wastegate.

my buddy has a quaife lsd and he loves it. Its pretty koo he can kinda drift the rearend around.. or maybe thats because he stripped his rearbumber and a bunch of other structural stuff off the back ... haha i just hope he dosent get in an accident.

go with the .63 .. lag? so what, top end is where its at. get a spearco intercooler, imho the used junkyard ones are selling for too much money, unless u get a used starion for <100 you paid too much.

you need a standalone for the map reasons and a safc just isnt reliable enuf for that powerful of a setup... ie BOOM!

that engine better be posted/sleeved or something to take that kind of boost.
