i'd think that would cause it to freeze more then prevent it i dont have alot of time during the day so my car sits all day with me unable to attened to it.. i was wondering if there was something that i could maybe put on it to help keep it from freezeing

the BOV i have now is a Greddy type S but its not loud enough for my tastes.. are the dual chamber BOV's any louder or better?

Washer fluid is mostly alky, so it would thaw at the expense of washing away lubricant. If you get enough cold air past it, the alky blend is dilute enough the washer fluid will still freeze - see if it freezes on your windshield, y0. Consider washer fluid a quick fix, and not a great idea.

I've had generic, real deal HKS SSQ's, and RFLs freeze on me for who knows what reason. Clean it with WD40, then lube it with white lithium spray. The white lithium spray will not freeze, should take care of the problem.
