hi i recently took my turbo kit out of my car and i need to move it about 10 15 minutes away a little sooner then planned.would it be ok to drive this distance with the ecu and injectors still in there from the turbo setup?i think it should be ok i am not going to be speeding or anything just didnt want anything to happen because of all the fuel....sorry 4 the beginner questions...

 

no differernt that driving in vac with the turbo on..

I did it for a few months. Its fine, just prolly run a lil rich

 

just cruise it....u'll be ok

 

you will be fine. you can't get into boost without a turbo. so just cruise.

It's better than running in loop mode because of a bad ECU! I drove 200km with that and I wanted to kill myself....

The only difference it will make is if you go WOT, since the turbo adds a bit more air at lower vacuum (and obviously can create boost). If you drive it like a grandma would and it is still closed loop (O2 sensor is working), then it shouldn't be much more lean/rich than it would have been before.

 

Yeah, I wasnt sure if it was limp or loop. Anyway, brake your ECU and you'll know what I mean
