im not sure about hondas but i used a headgasket and a metal shim on my 4cyl s-10 to lower compression after the head was milled to flatten it out

I have a S-10 and I am trying to turbo charge the lil underpowered engine. Ive been using this site alot for references. But I need to get the compression down What Is a good way to do so.

Well On a honda with lower compression and fuel managment you can run 13 psi all day long just want that reliability in my S-dime. 260 hp outta that lil motor will surprise alot of people.

Please correct me if Im wrong but I think its Fmax that comes with the gasket and fuel managment to run up the PSI on thier 150 hp kit. If said being true on stcok internals that boost would bring it to the 250+ range. So shouldnt it work the same on my truck?

no....you have an ohv single cam motor that was not made for any type of performance....im not cutting on you, because i had the same thing, but dont be dissapointed when its not what you expected and the v6 s-10's still beat you

Be crazy, horseshoe a ------ 350 in there...THEN u'll surprise the V6 S10s.
