Homemade turbo Z31 300Zx Update lots of pics, added more pics by request

Hello HMT Board Members. I posted here a little while back to show you my 300zx. Since then I have added some stuff. I changed to a GT3582R turbo, and got rid of the distributor, and went with some GM Coil Packs, as my Stand Alone allowed me to use them. The car is SUPER smooth, and runs flipping insane. All the parts from the complete fuel system, rails, brackets, upper intake, Turbo relocation/wastegate adaptor, water lines, Engine/tranny mounts, ect..ect.. are all Homemade by me with the exception of the intake of which I had some help with the Tig Welding. The car took 6 years to build, and 1 year to tune, not just for power, but actual driveability.

I run the car @ 18 PSI, not near the max, but it is a nice street Boost. The car makes 366 whp and 416 lt torque @ 18 psi. It is fully capable of 500 WHP, but I prefer not to push it too hard! ;)

Internal Stuff During the build.

Performance Valve seat/ valve Cuts make as much gains as Porting the heads themselves. Notice the Dark Exhaust ports, that is Ceramic coating.

This picture shows the application of Ceramics to the face of the exhaust port. This will help keep heat from transfering to the manifolds.

Dyno Pulls were made on a Dyna Pac, and not a Dyno Jet. Dyno Jet numbers are used more often to show higher numbers over the Dyna Pac, but I needed a good Tuning dyno, and a Brag Number is not what im worried about. The only thing I am going to do is change the cams. I would like to see an increase is power in the 4500-7000 range, and increase the REVS.!! I have built the car with a 400 WHP goal @ 18 PSI. I will get there very soon.

Also... These Dyno also show my old T4 turbo. Look how much power I gained by adding the Ball Bearing GT turbo. It made a HUGE difference in Spool time, and made the engine Way more useable over the Rev range.

WOW. Now that's the kind of engine bay I like to see.

I would like to know what turbine a/r you are using on the gt35R

and mostly, the specifications of that T4 turbo that seemed to push very decently but sadly, much later than the GT bb..

Thanks and congrats.

T4 = T-4 turbo .84 turbine 0-trim/ t04b H-3 trim compressor
gt = GT3582r

Thanks everyone so far for the compliments! ;D
..
I am useing the .63 Hotside. I will still make my Power goal with the smaller Hotside, But you see the Tourque curve, I like the fact I make so much power low. Im sure that when the Cam grind changes ,and I actually make more power by revving it higher, I may bolt the .84 Hotside (I bought it at the same tiime I bought the turbo ;))
I guess we'll see.. 8)

I didnt get it finished in time to run it at the strip. I weighs about 2900LBS. Im wondering what it will run the 1/4 mile in. :6
