Default Homemade turbo

Just wondering how much it costs u guys to build your turbo kit? I've been looking around the site and it seems like 700 is a popular number. Setups and horsepower numbers would also be appriciated.

i dont have any special connections to get any free parts or free tuning so i dont think I could do that, nor do I have a metal shop or welder
