yes i do sell this flange but don't purchase it from me. it would cost more in shipping than the actual part. They sell it for 5 $ at any muffler shop. it's a standard size flange used on most any car.
or, since we are on HMT, you can also weld your dp directly on the swingvalve housing and it will become your turbine flange. :4 |

yes, internal gate flappers are mounted pretty loose. if it's sticky, maybe it's seizing from a bit of rust of left over sandblast residue, sure, wd40 and making move manually will do the trick.
