pressure tested it nice and sealed.

imma get some paint strippers and rip all that black ugly paint off.

no fiberglass and high heat RTV sealant.

i put together the ABS charge pipes today

gonna still be a few months.

ABS huh? Where did you source them from?

Reminds me of my old PVC charge pipes...... :P
Didnt look pretty, got me some funny looks, but cheap as hell and worked.

pvc melts at to low of a tempature.

abs can withstand 300f

If your Turbo Intake charge temps are that HOT, you have a serious problem.. I highly doubt you could melt PVC pipes with that kind of setup.

The only thing that is BAD that I know of on using plastic pipes (pvc especially), is when they get hot enough they will release fumes out that are bad for the engine.
