Default Home made WRX

I have a RHB5 turbo from a 1996 Subaru GL-10 and was wondering if this is big enough for my 1991 Legacy? The GL-10 was a 1.8L and the Legacy is a 2.2L. This turbo has a 8psi waste gate. Will it spool to fast and choke my engine or will it only give me a couple pounds of boost? The car has an auto trans. but if this works it's getting the stick from my doner car.

I'm thinking tha turbo maybe a bit on the small, side But I wouldnt be since you do have an automatic, that changes things a bit, how often are you red-lining your car? It may work out, the way to find out is do it! Post some pics if you decide to run it!
