why dont you just convert to fuel injection and run a chipped obd0? its much easier than jetting and playing with carbs

i believe it would be easyer but i would have to get an entire d15 head or smthing, and that would probably be expensive....or could i just get the intake manifold, fuel rail etc all fuel components, and get the ECU and harness and use it in my D13 head?

if it was my car i would go to the junkyard find a d15b7 take the manifold with everything on it then i would take the complete wiring harness and convert my car to obd1. which isnt hard at all but then agian i like wiring. when your going forced induction its much easier to tune fuel injection especially when your doing it yourself. im pretty sure the manifold fits the head its just all the wiring you would have to do such as wiring your alternator and dizzy to work but it would be worth it. the only other thing you would need after that is to mod a fuel pump to fit your tank (Cheapest way) or get an si tank and fuel pump

Youve got me realy thinking about that...what about ignition map etc all the tuning after everything is assembled?

I have a D14 at home, im really thinking about building it from the bottom up and convert it to EFI, and then swap it into my car...cuz its much cheaper than swapping a B engine for now, and it would be pretty fun to do, and pretty powerfull to start playing hehe

What do you think?

i love d seriesi have 4 d series motors and the one currently in my car makes 412hp at 20psi. its fun to do and i love working on them converting to efi is easier than it sounds. if you convert to obd1 efi with the turbo setup all you need a chipped ecu and some tuning. if you not shooting for too much hp you can boost it stockand probably make like 150-170 which would be a pretty fun. idk about parts for a d14 but if you can find or make them why not huh?

nobody makes internals for any other single cam than d16s and the d15b you eathier have to custom make them or have them made(which cost big bucks)
