Has anybody ever seen a factory turbo header from any car that you can change (weld on) just the flange and make it fit a d or b series motor? In other words..the pipes of the header are the same distance on ly the flange in wrong?

Nope, but I have heard rumors of the 4g63 flange getting close to H/F series motors.
