My boost controller wasn't working so I took it apart, the check ball wasn't where it was supposed to be so I put it back together and took the car for a rip. 10 psi is insane. Especially since I've been running 5 psi for months now. My HKS SSQV is so much louder at high boost. I wasn't flooring it when it was going to 10 psi so it probably would have gone even higher. I figured my D15 wasn't ready for that, but holy crap is it so much faster. This turbo (T3 48/60) makes about 10 hp per pound of boost when well tuned so... a 50 hp increase is very noticeable. Wow

Those turbos are stock on older 300zx's that are a v6 engine, and guys typically run them to 12psi or more.
