Dyno graph will be coming after the 20th...dynoing the bitch next weekend.
Here is my new manifold I made this week. This is more of a test - my next one will be similar, except all sch10 304-stainless. It will also be fully divided (WG also), since I'm hoping to get a GT3255 with the divided .78ar housing. I'm planning on finishing everything this week, and have it ready for the King Motorsports Dyno/BBQ day (they're the Mugen importer FYI).
I've posted the motor before, and it it made 160whp/140wtq with the 50trim T3, stock cat/b-pipe and a fartcan axleback - at 6psi. I'm hoping for 250-300whp with the t3/t04b S-trim, >15psi. Tomorrow I'm finishing the DP, will try to get most of the wastegate pipe made, and test-fitted in the car. One reason for not doing something crazier is it has to fit with all stock AC parts (besides fans).
D16Z6: (in car, not pictured yet)
Eagle Rods
Wiseco Pistons, 75.5mm, ~8.4:1
Stock Z6 head, will have Zex stg2 cam/springs if I get time
60mm B18 TB
450cc DSM (or 780cc Siemens Deka) Injectors
GSR fuel pump
eCtune+boost solenoid
Custom 4bar MAP sensor (JDM pink!)
T3/T04B S-Trim (~54trim) turbo, .48ar stg1 exhaust
EX 4-2-1 cast manifold, 1.25" sch40 pipes
HMT 4-2-1 manifold; EX cast to steel elbows/pipes
38mm ChingChong wastegate
HMT Intake pipes, 2.25" and 2.5"
26x6x2.5" FMIC, ebay crap
3" DP/exhaust
65mm e-cutout before gas tank, then continue with bone-stock axleback
50mm inducer, 3" inlet...
The WG will sit just below the GAPING HOLE in the block. This is the block my EG came with
A full 3".... (this is what I tell the girls too )
Jig for my downpipe, makes life easier
Could you guess I taught myself how to weld? (bolt combo for mockup)
1995 EX, no quarterpanel cancer, new 11.1 ITR rotors/calipers/1" ITR mc&booster, recirculated power steering; sits just as I like my women - wet with the goods showing
Look closely at the engraving...

MIG, C25, 120v Lincoln welder. Big tanks FTW!
The plate is only 1/4", but as I said its just for ***** and grins - I have four 3/8" mild steel flanges left. I just wanted to make a REAL cheap adapter, and I'd guestimate $15 for the up-pipe. Yes its strong, I dropped it turbine-first from 18"! Goddamn welded cords...
The sad part - it will be covered behind ceramic insulation wrap. Its like the fiberglass wrap, only it can take 1800F and its pure-white.
BTW the blue coupler is ripped from my last EF-acciedent, and I'm not 100% sure the turbo is a-okay. If not, I've got a chrysler T3 that had the housings machined to accept a T04E 57trim compressor
