Re: hmt from holland

I,m still in progress,

i got a el cheapo SSac manifolt now to try it out, dont know if its going to be better ,but its just a try,
Also bought an D16Z2 engine,i dont know whats going to be done on it,but that is future music.
For now i'm going to use the camshaft onely,or
The other option is regrinding my d15b2 cam
I'v got a friend who's got u bmw drag building company,he knows how to calculate the new lobs.Still waiting for that to be done.

then put it back together,

Hopefully my a/f ratio will stay ok,ore else i have to ask the boys from cjcapperformance to remap my po6 ucu again.

acua mist is also on my list,

So still more to come in the future

Well,i speak german...and frankly thatīs the first time ever in my life that iīve tried reading dutch...worst part is that i believe i got the essence of it. :1

U obviosuly use a 5 wire wideband lambda and a Volvo 740 intercooler?
Correct?
Then...thereīs something about a south african perfect power SMT6?

Uīve made ur own flanges?

..and u obviosuly dont have a wife as you get by with cleaning the oil pan up in the dishwasher O0

Then filled the OEM motormounts with PU glue?(Polyurethane)

Spec wise its seats from a CRX,320mm steering wheel,17 inch wheels-wings n ----?
U run energy suspension chassis rubber?Adjustable Koni shocks?EBC brakes?

Engine is a 90 hp D15?
"rvs uitlaatsysteem "= stainless exhaust? ;)
Adjustble cam timing wheel?
"home made ,verlicht oem vliegwiel 5kg"= home made flywheel of 5 kg?

Re: hmt from holland

a,german neigbour,
guten tag ;)

You got the translations right, also the no wife thing ;D

The onely thing your wrong on is the wide band lambda,it runs narrow band oem honda,on P06 ECU remapped(d15B7)

The smt 6 piggy bag ecu was my first atempt to make it all run right, but after months of pre study i found out that remapping my ecu was a better thing,
Some guys of a dutch performance forum, came to my house with the necerey equipmnent, and completely rewrote it,
the ecu has got 10 N/a maps and 16 extra boost maps,
And it run 100%
Even at MOT ,tuf(in germany) the CO is 0.3% without a Cat.
so realy nice,
My turbo is running short of air on top end,as you can see in the dyno run, thats gone be taken care of,in the near future

Still need to find out what A/R is the best for my set up.

Nah...not THAT much of a neighbour...just said i speak german ;D
Iīm Swedish...by a danish mom and american dad.Grew up in the US and Germany-apart from Sweden that is.

Dutch tho...thatīs one seriosuly HARD language..
Up here iīd say that we get away with a little more than you guys do i believe.
No TUF,and fairly wide perspective of how cars are allowed to be modded-and still be street legal.

Nice job tho..iīll have to say that much. :D

As far as AFRs..dont fret.
Frankly speaking..a dyno wont help all that much there-when it comes to turbocars.
At least thatīs my findings.
Thereīs one thing that NEVER lies... ;)
A timeslip.
Donīt fret to close up on AFRs as low as 11,5-12.0:1 at WOT.
Clock will tell what works.

how did the dish washer handle the oil pan?
any pre cleaning done first?
think I can get away with it when my parents are out of town or dose it leave a noticeable residue?
