Hey guys i do the IT for a refrigeration company. and have access to Tons of NITROGEN,

Now i know NOS is a Blend of chemical's and nos and is far more Exspensive the Industial NITROGEN.
The INDY Nitrogen Bottle's Hold way over 30Kgs compare to a average NOS Bottle Of 5kg.

So what we have here is a CHEAP(Free,unlimted) Supply of Nitrogen. I dont know if this nos can be used like regular nos.
but this nos has the same cooling property's as NOS.

1) Cheap, Unlimited Supply.

So how can we Get to use this System on the Front mount Intercooler, has a System Already Been Devised?

The regulator allows the nos to leave the bottle at over 500psi which is alot of force, the faster the force the colder it
gets....

I suppose the Kit wil be a Home made/ Nos/Hybrid Kit, i dont mind Forking out the cash for the Nos Kit but the Excessive use of the Spray will kill me if i use retail nos...

Just hook the bottle up to a electrical solenoid and wire a switch or pushbutton into your car. As for getting it onto the intercooler, the easiest way is to take fuel line (hard line, not soft), shape it into a halo and drill a lot of holes on the inside. Ohh and POST PICS!

Don't call it NOS if it's just bottled nitrogen and you using it for cooling purposes. NOS is NO2 IIRC, while bottled nitrogen should be N2. Very different compounds.

a cheaper way is to reroute you windsheild wiper squirters and mount them on the bumper in front of the intercooler, the more nozzels the better

So do you you say i Should rather build a FMIC AWSOME water Injection KIT? and skip the Nirtogen Spray al together?

Despite they are different NO2 is nitrogen dioxide, N2O is nitrous oxide or N2 it will still give the same cooling affect when spray onto the FMIC correct?
( i will be using N2)

No. Nitrogen is stored as a compressed gas in your bottle, Nitous oxide (N2O) is stored as a liquid. Cooling effect won't be the same. Eventhough N2 passing from compressed to atmospheric pressure will provide cooling, it will provide cooling only from gas relaxing.

N2O however should cool more, first passing from a liquid to a gas (very fast evaporation) and then by gas relaxing.

N2 cooling could work, try it and give us some news.

I wonder if bottler Co2 would work, it's decently cheap, and it's a liquid in the bottle, so the cooling effects would probably be decent.
