hey i know im bringing up a old tread.. so whats up how is the car living. i like the home made manifold and flux core welds are sick and thick... so are u planning on doing a vtec head swap cuz sohc non vtack is annoyingly slow... i had one now my is vtack.

vtec ownZ u non vtec is gay im not spending money on a non vtec performance cam cuz ill have to port the head the z6/y8 head already slightly bigger ports and vtec means i still retain my low speed fuel economy and driveabilaty and get that VTEC that honda is known for top end power
there is a reason im driving a honda cuz i cant afford to fuel a bigger car

Na im staying with the Y7 head I like my torque, im just gonna cam it, valves, springs, retainers maybe reshape the chamber maybe, and the Y7 is gonna go into the DX i think .

coool but i just dont like to stay y7 head if it will stay stock thats why i went wiht the ex.. money wise.. but nice set up u should get that cam and port polish the ports to mach to your z6 manifold.. if u havent done that already..
