It looks like an HF manni but the guy says those are the only pictures he has.

 

its not an hf cause its got an external wastegate flange, but it doesnt look like it was made by HKS either

 

Just cause it has an external wastegate flange doesn't mean its not an HF. You can weld a flange onto any manifold. But I do agree that its probably not an HKS product. Looks like a factory manifold if you ask me.

 

Yeah the wierd thing is that you cant really see where that wastegate flange was welded.Its pretty obvious when cast steel is welded but you cant really tell.

 

I don't know about a whole kit, but HKS does make a turbo manifold that fits the D16 and has a flange for the JDM T25...I was interested in this setup myself, but I don't really have the loot for a T25 turbo soooo...
