Default high compression H22+8 psi of fun= nuts streetcar!!! and valve spring questions

oh man to hell with all the nay sayers i got the ol h22 hatch crapper tuned last friday. it has egle rods and some mahle 11.5 or 12:1 pistons and some crower all motor cams. howard at RLZ down in charlotte nc is the man. he worked on it for about 2 hrs and finally at 8 pounds on 110 it made an insanely fast 309 hp and 243 ft-lbs. the turbo was running out of air i need to find a GT35 or 37 and its ready for another run. it builds torque instantly screw a b16 or a gsr haha this thing is nuts. the thing that sucks is it broke the outside intake retainer on number 4 and droped a valve. i was lucky though it didnt mess the piston up too bad. i will be able to fix it with a die grinder and about 10 min. it just kinda mashed the valve relief out a little and pushed down on the top of the dome but its not that big a deal. now i i want to put some good springs in it and i dont have a clue what im looking at.... i keep seeing all these different seat pressures 85 and 100 psi and titanium and chromoly and bla bla bla. what do i need to look for? i read that titanium isnt as good as chromoly then i read that chromoly sucks then i read MORE SEAT PRESSURE! then i read ---- SEAT PRESSURE! ive found some springs on ebay that are cheaper than the rest what makes the rest better than them. the company seems to know what their talking about i reckon but im not trying to do this again so im not gonna spend the money if their pieces of ---- you know? im searching right now but i figured id ask here too in hopes that someone could tell me something fast i need this thing fixed asap!

well to be completely honest im not exactly sure that these are mahle pistons. i didnt build the motor i bought it from a guy through a guy from this other guy that knows a guy with a friend that builds motors....actually his name is brian and he does a lot at VIR? idk...but knowing that h22s dont like any piston but those its a good assumpton... ill get the numbers off the tops of the pistons and see if they mean anyhting to anyone. so whats the deal on the ebay valve springs and ----? amd who gets the hook up on some good springs and retainers cometic gaskets and arp studs...i reckon ima keep stock valves...
