Or you could make (or have made) a custom manifold. Talk to Beau on this site. He makes custom manifolds.

About the BOV.... well the 2nd GEN DSM BOV will fit perfectly onto a 92-95 stock civic intake pipe... theres a rubber flange/bung type thing... you just have to drill it out and put a clamp on it to hold it in place... this would be a cheap BOV to use since your not going to be pushing out major PSI levels...as far as piping... try to keep it somewhere around 2in.

i have a homemade turbo kit and A/C...by the way the a/c condestor is not the problem its the A/C compressor! ok well all you need to do to keep your A/C is custom make your own manifold where the turbo compressor is facing ..the turbo inlet will be sitting right on top of the cluch master cylinder...and on my motor(b16a2) i had to shave some of the block webbing (to to right of where b16a2 is pressed into the block)when the turbo is mounted like this the downpipe can squeeze right past that gay little A/C compressor..i had to keep my A/C because i live in texas where its 101 degrees and 85%-95% humitity.. if we had dry heat like california i would yank my A/C out. hahah any i had NO a/c last summer..and my girlfriend bitched too much. but it wasnt that bad...but im texan so not that bad heat to me is a little different then the rest of the country.

yah thats what i was thinking. so basically no regular manifolds well allow me to have AC is that it? i need to have one made? thats fine with me...but i have NO IDEA how to do this or who to ask. also i think your B series motor is very different from mine cuz i have a D16 something or other i think. so i dunno... but i pretty much agree to everything you've said so far. so i guess the next step is... well whats the next step?

finding a manifold? where to find one? how to custom make one? who would be able to do this? ARGH!!! THIS IS SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Do a search.. people make custom manifolds all the time, you can do a log manifold (cheap) or have someone make you a real nice one, with a sexy collector, But they cost money and they take time. Just keep reading..

ohh mang i dont even know what to look for... do most people make their own? i have NO IDEA how to weld so i think im probably gonna have to go to some kind of muffler shop or body shop to ask them to custom fabricate a manifold for me. but what do i tell em? i wish there were some kind of guide or DIY on custom manifolds.

Hey fongaroos... im going to be getting a MIG welder pretty soon... and you do live in LA... so when i get it ill make you a manifold. you just buy all the parts... flanges... pipes and stuff... and either me or my cousin will weld it together.... if you bring your car down here... but this is like a month from now... so keep gathering your parts...
