HF/STD Manifold Performance

At about what HP will the HF or STD manifold start to effect power?How much power can i make with one before i would have to get a better manifold?

i think i've seen 300ish on some forum.

the thing is that say you were making 200 with it, you'd probly be making 215 if you had a good ram horn

Yea i was thinking it to be about 300 max but i figured i would get some second opinions
