he goes too fast and his intake manifold was gonna blow up then his floorboard falls off :1 lollercaust

And to the originator of this post.. do you realize that 5 psi on one turbo could be the same flow as 15 psi on another, potentially exposing your turbo to the same "damage" taht you already fear

The only reason I wouldn't want to run more boost on my motor with a smaller turbo is the chance of detonation and diminishing returns as the boost goes up.

Pump gas typically isn't very friendly with small turbos and high boost.

16 psi on an IHI is *****, son.

You can run dual scroll like a normal turbo with unpaired cylinders.
