And this is coming from the guy who said, "yes i know i'm not the best at spelling nor grammar" . You ask a really noob like question. If you want any really kinda of help, then help your self. Yes it means you have to do your own work, aka read and read. Since you lack basic english skills I will also take it you have a hard time reading as well :1. Thus you need to ask the dumb noob like question. Sorry this is homemadeturbo.com, not spoonfeedme.com; no one is going to give you all the answers you will need, only you can.

Well if you already have your manifold you only need a couple more things.........!
1.TURBO
2.INTERCOOLER
3.DUMP VALVE
4.DOWNPIPE
5.INTERCOOLER PIPES
6.OIL LINES
7.INJECTORS
8.SOME FORM OF ENGINE MANAGEMENT
9.WASTEGATE (unless you get internal wastegate)
10.MISCELANIOUS, HOSES,GASKETS,CLAMPS
11.STAINLESS STEEL PLATE (for an adapter plate)
12.EVERYTHING ELSE I FORGOT TO MENTION!

So basically you need a hell of a lot of ---- and it will probably cost a bit, but if you still want 200hp you will need items 1 to 12 not just a HF manifold!!!

Unless you get an Evo or STi turbo at a great price (both will do over 300whp), get a T3. You can then use anything from a 200whp max 40trim T3 to a 600whp+ t3/t67ho turbo.

And for gods sake, stop SLEEPING during your ENGLISH classes!
So what do you call this? I think its called help. :P
