Im in my car, just drivin, then a group of kids pull up in this civic, and theres like 6 people in it. They were like race this mustang. This mustang keeps lookin at me sayin ------ imports...so I had one to kill....
most people around here, when they build a mustang, its always the suspension first or the exhaust. both hadn't been done, so I knew I could take him...(dont try to race someone who you know you cant beat)
anyways, were in bumper to bumper traffic...we turn around at the light, still a ---- load of traffic...he looks at me still shakin his head....so I was like, can i whip your *** to....he was like what, I responded, the road is wide open...
so we swerve around all the cars, get to wide open, rammin through the gears, I get about a car length ahead of him, im just about to declare a victory, and I get a red light on my dash....
so instinct, I downshift and brake, I look down and see its my battery....
I get home and I have no belt, DAM I could've toasted him had I knew thats all it was! DAM IT!!

What year mustang was it? God i want a 1988 mustang GT. Your story needs to be livend up a bit.

 

It was a newer model, maybe an 03?
