Default Here are the fitting sizes for the TDO5 turbo

ok for all you people that need this info... it took me 4 hours in a hardware store and i finally got it to what i need......... I was talking to the person working and they said that soft copper piping can hold 200 degrees at 200psi...... and hold a higher temp at a lower psi... since we will only have about 80 psi in there i have no worries that it will hold...

this soft copper piping is 3/8 in.. so every end running from oil will have a 3/8 compression fitting on it.

coming outta the block is a
1/8 npt to 1/8 npt its an inch long then
1/8 npt female T
then from the 1/8npt female i threded in an adaptor from 1/8 npt to 1/4npt then
1/4 npt to 3/8 compression fitting
this runns the copper from the block to the oil in.
and the original runs into the T

Oil in - 1/4in. compression to 1/4 male npt
/* 1/4 compression is the only thing i could find to fit in the oil inlet hole. i got this fitting in a 90 degree. then i used a 1/4 female npt to a 3/8 compression fitting to attach it to the copper piping.*/

oil out - i made a custom piece that i threaded a 3/8 to 3/8 compression fitting in.. then i ran copper pipe to my oil pan where i have a 3/8 compressoin to 3/8 compression fitting

water in - 1/4 npt to 1/4 npt. i used 3 in of this and cut the end thread off so i can slide a hose over it for water.
water out - same as water in.

people say what about vibration... well taht is what compression fittings are for... also once you see the piping you will understand that it is flexible and bends easily around stuff.
people say what about corrosion and creating holes.. well i have seen houses that have the same stuff that i used that are 100 years old and have had fluid running through them constantyl....

A plus is it can withstand more heat and psi than steal braided.
another plus is that since its copper it dissapates heat so it will help cool the oil..

if you have any questions just ask and if you have any feed back let me know.. as in thigns that might go wrong that way i can fix them before i install it all.... Thanks Brian

I did something similar on my first setup, I used brake line and prebent everything, used flared ends, worked ok.. but over time I think it would have broke, it doesnt take much to brake those brass T's off the back of the block.

so jeff.... what do you use now in the back of your block... how long you think my fittings will hold i mean hopefully for a while cause once its in i dont plan on playing around wih it..... i will have a oil pressure guage so i know to shut it off if it drops drastically.....

I use a steel 1/8bsp male to 1/8th female NPT fitting, to a small *** (1/2 inch 1/8th extension) directly to the brass T. then My feed comes off that, as well as my oil pressure sensor.
