Default help with turbo choice

got conned out of my starion turbo, so on to my next buy, i ve read that the ihi turbo is water/oil cooled, and would like not to mess with this after reading it, is the t25 water/oil or is it just oil cooled? thanks

well i guess ill stick with the ihi, i hear it spools up quicker

the ihi spools up hella fast, it can be quite annoying.

what are the characteristic differences between the 14b and t25? low end, top end,psi set at, your choice on the two,

14b holds up a lil better in the higher rpm range and the t25 offers a lil more power in the lower rpm range.

Try Searching if you have to bump yourself 4 times.

i did and found a whole lot of info on flanges for the 14b and t25

If your car is a daily driver and you don't plan on boosting more than 12 psi the T25 would work well. If you plan on going to the track every once in a while and boosting over 12 psi the 14b would work well. I'm sure you would be happy with either one though.
