Default Help (tuning) needed with ECG SMC PLUS

Hi, I bought a SMC plus about a month ago (montreal) and now I have pain to set it up. At idle, my check engine light is on (the green wire is not grounded) and the engine is very very very rought. When I hit the street on 3rd, it really suck, car is choking from 2000 o 4000 rpm, never tried to go further. The car engine is a 1999 B18b non vtec with DSM obd1 injectors 450cc. Can you tell me or give me an example of correction point at each rpm, just something so I can see a little bit how to go toward the settings. When it says -40%, what does it really mean, 450cc -40% = xxx cc or what

Thanks

The resistor I am using inline is 10ohms and 10 watts (rectangular ceramic). Is that ok. I also had to grind the top of the inkector out (blue pastic) caus i did not have the obd1 clips.
