Default Help me identify these Turbonetics Turbos

I just bought these 4 Turbonetics Turbos and plan to sell them on Ebay. Can you tell me anything about them? First one appears to be a T3/T4 hybrid with a non-wastegated housing. Is there a way to tell if it is a ball bearing cartridge? What other specs would it have?

Next one is a T3, wastegated housing but no actual wastegate. PO said it had "ceramic bearings"? Could he have meant ball bearings? How can I tell. It spins better than any other turbo I've spun.

Last one is another T3 with a wastegated housing and a different cartridge than the other one with the special bearings. In general, does Turbonetics rebuild Garrett turbos and add some of there own components?
