Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a 90 si civic hatchback with a 99 d16y7 i just finished adding a turbo but now the turbo is spoolin but the car is not pulling... this does not happen every time tho sometimes it will pull.... what the hell is gonin on

Somebody please help!!!!!

info on the setup... fuel management.. turbo... pictures if possible.. how you have everything hooked up

boost leak due to a not fully tightened coupler?

or did you bolt up the turbo to your DC 4-2-1 header from ebay, and can't figure out how to connect it to your AEM cold air intake
