Lol you common since for the flanges, its really not that hard. The ring is a fire ring. It goes under the wg.

what im saying is it fits easily into the bottom of the wastegate no probs, when i try to bolt the wastegate to the flange the ring will not sit in to the flange side no matter what pressur is put on it. the area cut out for the fire ring to sit in the flange and seal is toooo small by about a millimeter or two and it just sits on top. i could bang with a hammer all day and it wont slip in the flange.

your a boob, its got a few pound of pressure from the spring on the OTHER side of the diaphragm, once bolted up it should be fine ya jackass.... if it isnt, return that ----, although i have this feeling like your just a boob and cant figure it out.

my ching chong WG came with a flange that already had a groove to accomodate that ring. weld the other side of that flange to your manifold.
