help identify this turbo(PICS)

i traded my small t3 for this thing.This guy says its a .63/70,what do you think?
it has a t3 flange its now mounted to my manny in the car.

i have been researching for over 2 hrs and the web dont show ---- on pics of turbos other than garrett and such.

first time I've seen a Garrett with a 4 bolt hot side..........been searching and I'm stumped also

i think its a borg warner IHI of a 6.5 liter chevy diesel pickup

i know ghettoturbo has a turbo off a 6.5 diesel... maybe he can verify?

yes, its no different, still runs off gasses and oil.
