well if it says .60 on the charge side. the its the garrett. and both garrets will work fine @10 psi on a gsr

How would i go about rebuilding it. As in finding the stuff to rebuild it.

not at all.

The IHI 51t21 from the thunderbird has a t3 flange. it's far from a T3... It shares the same turbine wheel as the probe/323 ihi RHB5

The skyline gtr had a T25 with a t3 flange.

garrett, Borgwarner, holset, schwitzer are all producing many T3 flanged turbos and none of them are T3's. THey actually are T4 and even larger.
