Refund or sell it. Good luck, no ones gonna buy a turbo that is missing mounting ears.

Yeah, so is that 100% t25, because im hearing t3 now..... Im not expecting alot of hp, just something to get it down the road a lil quicker. But in any case im buying a rebuild kit asap and need to know 100% Is there any verifaction number or serial number or anything that can help me determine? Thanks!

Definatly a saab t3, however it looks like your turbo is fucked up. Where are the other 2 mounting holes for the exhaust housing inlet? did they break off or were they cut off?

It's going to spool really fast on a d16a1, you'd probably peak out at 190whp at 12-13psi.

sorry Jeff but your wrong!

That turbo is not a t3.I took mine to the Saab dealer for verification couse I bought mine from E-gay under the heading t3.It is in fact a t25.Saab changed to a t25 in 1990 after research comcluded that a t3 lagged too much and the t25 was more efficient for their engine.

Check out this link.I found it in my search to identify my trubo back when i bought it befor I went to the dealerhttp://erikssonindustries.com/TurboChargers.htm
