park your car and see if the fans are working. also, flush the radiator, replace the thermostat, and add a good brand coolant, prestone etc. i had the same problem cause my fan switch sensor was broken.

i heard about that purple haze stuff that makes your engine run 50% cooler, but if u leave it in over winter your coolent will freeze and crack your block, so that ---- must work.
about the boost im running, 6-8 psi
i had the car parked and the fan comes on. but ide liketo take the thermostat out and leave it out so it runs cooler non stop. oh yea i also have a 91 civic 4 dr radiator in the car, it is 8 inches longar than the stock 91 civic hatch back radiator.. so more rad. more cooling power.
fill me in on your info..

snake-oil mystery coolants aren't going to fix a problem that is physical. Run pure water in that bitch if you want to, it will work if your innitial problem is solved.
so...
-check for leaks
-hold head gasket under suspicion
-ensure you don't have a relay or fan motor going out on you
