went to the track anyways with a 4.5k redline and pulled a 13.7 at 95 mph vtec was not working and street tires would like to thank my sponsors and special shot out to (hotrex) for all his support

not to sure but something like this happened to my friend one time, he ended up changing the distributor and it ran fine....

If you're having problems with the engine why would you take it to the track?
