Re: help with 94 accor

You CANNOT use the dsm manifold on any f sdeies that has a B denoted in the engine code... PERIOD. The center exhaust ports are siamesed together and the spacing is TOTALLY off.

You need a custom built manifold. There is no shortcut.

AS far as ECUS any chipped OBD1 honda ecu will work. I cant remember if the b2 has IABS or not, so youll have to look into that, If it does, a chipped P72 will allow you to utilize them. or take them out. ---- it.

THE DSM MANIFOLD WILL NOT FIT.

Re: help with 94 accor

its a non IABS but anyways probably gonna have to pull the head off, since fixing the exhaust have a slight idle miss, not ignition, so thinking valve miss # leakdown on the exhaust side wasnt so happy but wasnt that bad only 16% loss but dont know if i really wanna do a full custom setup on this motor when its weak, anyways thanks so much for who has helped steer me in a direction,
right now just checking around edmonton ab or where ever to get a h22a motor and assembly, then go from there(big maybe though) just checking what i can do right now, as looking around f22b2's around here are hard to get, but i dont know how hard the swap is

You're going to fork out some major dollars for a manifold for your f22b2. I paid 250 for mine. Here's my setup on my Accord.

Attachment 17777

Look at how close the spacing is between the two middle exhaust ports. 0--0-0--0.

Re: help with 94 accor

well anyways was gonna just do a swap, but a friend convinced me otherwise so this weekend we pulled the head, put cleaned up all the valves cause they were built up with carbon badly, did a valve job and thought i might have to do guides but they were good,
so saturday finished that up, then ordered parts that afternoon haha
anyways i bought a set of dsm 450 injectors, bought a turbo smart pro gate, found a good old volvo turbo and have a older nissan 300zx turbo so decide what i wanna use, then i have from my old turbo setup a ebay special fmic and a old volvo turbo i/c,
then a few other parts i gotta choose from, got a stock 1g dsm bov, stock r32 skyline bov, and a old hks bov,

anyone have anything else they can suggest?
i emailed spec about choosing a clutch, but been hearing centerforces df is a good clutch for low boost? im hoping to run about 8psi

My ceramic coated LSD motorsports "mini"... They only made a few of them... Think I paid 350 and it made GREAT power....

If you can track one down... Excellent manifold

yeah i have been looking around the forum and a few other places and have heard about them, but lsd doesnt make them and looks like so hard to find,
if i can find one that would be amazing, they look like a good manifold

I don't know if you can view this for sale thread but he's been trying to sell it for a while. It's exactly what you're looking for.
