if those are the parts you have, use them. 350 seems like a lot for a daily driven D without a serious built engine. If you want reliability and that much hp, you're going to have to spend some more money. It won't be cheap at all. It'd be pretty hard to go homemade style with that much hp.

D-series sleeves can take the boost...it's just that it moves...you'll have to do something for it not to move and causes blown gaskets or cracked sleeves.
The sleeves or ductile iron from the factory. You will need bigger injectors for 350hp....I would get forged pistons...and a build head...a Y8 or Z6.Oh and a bigger turbo...T3/T4E 50 trim would be good. |

350 whp is very reachable in a daily driven d16, just not with what you have. but sleeves, srp pistons, and eagle rods, 550cc injectors, t3/t4 50-60 trim will get you there on about 20psi

With a build head you'll get there with about 15-16 psi.
