Default HD couplers

I've been reading up on home depot couplers and can only find negative ---- about using them. Most people say that they either leak boost or rip/tear or melt. Yeah I know if you get them too close to the manifold or ---- like that it could melt (common sense).

Cliff Notes:
1- Home Depot couplers GOOD or no bueno for 7psi?
2- How long do they last?
3- Why is my pee pee itching?

thats good to know. Thanks. Do they sell this stuff by the foot? If so how much did you pay for a foot?

Off topic...

Everyone I know says not to use crush bends for charge piping... to me it doesn't really matter since the air is being forced through anyways... I'm going with 2.5 ID charge pipes, is my performance really going to be effected that much by going with crush bends? The only reason why I'm asking is because it seems a lot damn easier just to go the muffler shop and get them to make me some pipes... What you guys think?

Damm you have good luck. No of the ones ive seen lasted very long even at 10psi. I had one of those blow on the first 30psi boost spike sounds like a bomb
