Default Having Engine Problems - Vapor Lock

I have had several people point out that I may be expirencing "Vapor Lock". No mods have been done since this started. I would understand when its a really hot day and under heavy load. But I have started my car and driven about 10 feet and I start getting random power saggs. It really sucks to drive it now. I have already replaced the following:

Injectors
Fuel Pump
Fuel pressure regulator
Vacum hoses
Sparkplug wires
Ign. Coil
Spark plugs.

Im not getting any CEL either. It just randomly power saggs really Bad under any driving (hard or cruising speeds)

Betcha it's a B&M...so far everyone i've talked to has the same problem with them :P I ended up cheating with mine...cranked it up as high as it would go, and then adjusted down with my vafc2. Seems to work alright now, but I'm still going to get a better fpr. And if it is a B&M regulator, that power "sagg" as you call it would be your motor dropping extremely lean...betcha if you let off the throttle and ease it in slowly it'll seem just fine.
