Has anyone measured the outlet of a Tial 38mm?

Default Has anyone measured the outlet of a Tial 38mm?
Does it actually measure out to 38mm exactly?

I have one, but it measure out to 34mm.

That's normal, the valve seat diameter is what they go off of IIRC. You'll find the same thing on all wastegates, all sizes.
