This is the Gude Head pack.

http://www.gude.com/
It says you should get 45 to 55 WHP! Has any one tried this? So what do you think.

personally i would never trust a company when they say "gains up to 75hp"

find someone who has done it and has solid dyno numbers before u do it..

I think those numbers are a bit overkill, maybe if it was on a forced inducted app, but not an all motor.

I know people and have driven cars with their
head packages. their HP claims are not that
far off.out of 3 peaple I know all three of them
are very satisfied with their purchace and
the assistance (over the phone)from GUDE

BUT!!!! the problem with them is that 2 weeks
later when they recieve the "core trade"
they call you and tell you that the core is
unacceptable because Blah Blah and
therefor cannot refund you core deposit

All 3 guys got screwed this way. Maybe its
because we live in CAN. I dont know
but i do know you need some DEEP pockets
for that 55 HP.

Gude's products are not worth it. I recommend getting a portflow or dh-racing.com cylinder head and some skunk2 cam or cams if you are sohc or dohc. Gude hasn't produced the kind of power everyone else is making these days. They were cool in the mid to late 90's when honda stuff was still fairly new but they are still in that era and there horsepower and prices show it.

This DH-Racing looks like a peace of ----! you only get half the ---- gude offers for anout $200.00 difference?they dont offer cams intake throttle body or ECU, ias all extra. the gude has all that ---- for $1100.00.

If you are going turbo, why do you even care? head porting and all of that really doesnt come into play, maybe after you build your engine to support it. But if the bottom end is stock, who really cares? the turbo can make more power than it can support.
