Props for getting everything to fit. It seems like it could have been done alot easier if he had a turbo with the hot side the other direction.
Does the wastegate dump join into the downpipe?
I always thought BOVs were vented to the intake for quiet, not performance. I mean DSMs and WRXs come stock with that setup, and the first thing people do is take off that pipe, so you can hear the cool PSSSSSHT noise. If it caused boost lag, I wouldn't think people would make their cars slower and laggier just to hear a cool noise.

BMCrace: there is absolutely nothing wrong with that setup, why infact, its one of the most innovative setups I've seen recently, its quite fantastic actually. The recirculated BOV, the 3 inch downpipe with stock cross member, the polished piping, the intake manifold. Congradulations on doing something that everyones done, but doing it differently. I bet hes a happy customer!
