Ok I trashed the ching shong meeeeow SUPER T70 and followed a mans advise on this site and bought a Holset. Heres the question"HOW THE HELL DID YOU GET THIS TO FIT?" I have a SS Ram Horn mani, Tial "New, trashed the SS one wastegate" and everything still fits"Exhaust tubing wise" but I had to grind more on the block and some on the turbo for it to somewhat fit with 4 gaskets" I have a new flange on the way that I'm going to mill down to use as a shim thats going to be 5.5mm thick. So how did you get have the turbo set up intake on the left and exhaust on the right or vise versa? I have mine set up as the intake on the left and exhaust on the right. Did you custom make the manifold? And where did you get the Flange to do it? I was priced 60 bones as a half inch but I only need .21in/5.5mm more for it to clear the alternator bracket. Send me some pics to clearify my situation PLEASE OH PLEASE. And how and where would I get extened exhaust manifold studs/ or should I use bolts?

 

Did you give ANY THOUGHT as to how it would fit when you bought the turbo??

you work at motoman right? does your motoman not have a full machine shop in it? thats where I fabed my log up at a few days ago. make yourself a new manifold out of sched 10 and quit ------- around with that ching chong meow ----. bolts are ghetto also, use studs.

 

You obviously need a different manifold, if the turbo is hitting the block.

 

Every time I try to post pics it's saying that the file is to big. I have a Kodak camera and it's not letting me shrink the pictures. And yeah we have a machine shop but getting caught and loosing my job for doing GOVERNMENT projects isnt what I need. I just got back from my 2 week cruise/honeymoon and I'm all spent on the DENIERO. It's going to be a short bit before I get back on my feet. Any software thats free that will allow me to shrink my pictures? HAHA

do it on your lunch break there's no "sneaking around" about it, just ask if you can use the bandsaw to cut some steel for something you're making at home.

 

I've tried 4 different freeware programs and either it blotches up the pictures or it wont shrink them to the maximun limit of the 128kb limit. What do you use to shrink them with? NOOB HERE I'm trying image compressor 5 now and still no luck
