I got a ? Does anybody know if you can really make a 2nd gen talent turbo manifold fit the h22a?

And if yes like what you need to do........

dsm manifold only works for f22a's, f22b dohc, and h23a.
dsm manifold is like 0_0_0_0
h22a, f22b sohc vtec, f23 are like 0_00_0
thats why it wont fit

 

What year/model does the f22a come in ? I have a friend with a "all-show" accord and I told him about this thread and he made me promise to ask. I put the zex kit on his 98' accord LX.

the car has fenders, CF hood, FUll skyline wanna be body kit, and 19'' racing rims.. The zex kit takes its speed to "ok" levels, but off the spray its slow *** hell, even with all the weight reduction...

 

I think any F22a....a good weight reduction for that car would be to loose the rims and show parts hehehe :P

 

do you have to modify the manifold at all?

 

I heard that you didn't, but I also heard about drilling a one hole

 

the only engines for honda that can use the 89-99 eclipse turbo exhaust manifold is:
90-93 honda accord f22a1, f22a4, f22a6
jdm f22b dohc non vtec
92-96 honda prelude f22ax, h23a dohc non vtec
all of these above have o-o-o-o manifold design

92-01 prelude h22a dohc vtec
94-02 accord f23
these guys have the 0-00-0 manifold design

So basiclly the crappy looking accords and best looking preludes ( imo ).
