Greddy 96-00 kit just released whatcha think?
If I had a HMT kit that was going to be checked by some EPA inspector or what ever, I'd just get a pic of the CARB sticker and laminate it, and stick it under my hood and be like " yep, carb legal greddy kit".
What's he gunna say ? " That ant no greddy TURBO, that's a T-3 super 60 !!! "..

UPDATE:
Just got the kit yesterday and it looks really nice. It's based more on the B16 kit than the old 92-95 kit. All aluminum piping, REAL E manage, and a different trim turbo than the 92-95 kit. It's the same compressor housing as the 92-95 kit but it's bored out with a larger more efficient wheel. Also comes with RC 310cc's and new clips ready to be wired in. i'm gonna try to get pics up, I have 14b and 15g wheel assemblies in front of me and want to show you how they compare to the turbo in the 96-00 kit. the new turbo looks more like a Garrett wheel than a mitsu, it has 6 large fins and six smaller reversed fins on the compressor wheel, the 92-95 kit came with a compressor wheel that looked like a turbine wheel with small same sized fins. late.

I'm still trying to figure out exactly what Mr. smog man is going to be looking for on my hmt. If it were the manifold (like dc header carb #) or something, I would use the greddy whatever to fool those guys, but Im not sure what I would be able to get away with.

I always forget about you guys that have to get your car checked every year. I sure am glad I live in a small town where they don't give a ----. I didn't even know they had smog checks until like a year ago.
What Im saying is, if the whole kit only has one carb label, like on the manifold or something, I would run the greddy manifold just to get around it. I don't know what they're looking for though. :P
