hey, i got one of those rip off gready BOV's its a plumb back but its got 2 vac lines

now i know 1 is for realse but does anyone know where the 2nd one goes

top port is for vacuum and the lower port you hook o the pressure side of your wastegate to make it louder and more responsive i have it hooked up on mine and noticed a difference.

 

i wanna know too

 

do i have to rig it upprobbly end up plumbing it back, i dont understand what you mean by pressure side of the wastegate

ive got a external gate

 

just use the top one.
the newer fakes don't have the lower nipple, just a hole.

 

i got the same one and was told to just use the top to.

 

Hooking up the bottom one could make it open under boost since the only force holding the valve shut is the spring. DON"T HOOK IT UP TO ANYTHING.

 

should i weld it up?? i mean wont boost leak through there

 

hooking the lower port up make the bov release quicker in turn making it much crisper in sound and more accurately releiveing all the trapped pressure in you pipes.. and as long as its not adjusted to soft YOU WILL NOT have a problem with boost blowing it open.. i run mine with both ports and havent had boost blow it open yet... WEIRED

 

Hoook it up to a boost-only source. Makes it louder and faster like everyone has said. I ran it that way on my 240sx. Without it hooked up, it was too slow and i got surge. With the 2nd thing hooked up, it was 100x better. DO IT.
