Default Gray on spark plugs?

Pulled my plugs and on the tip of the J part of the plug and the tip of the inner part. (dont know plug lingo ) is gray. Everything else is brown/black. My settings are -37 1k, -36 2k, 3k-4k -35, 5k - 6.5k = -34. Fuel pressure is 40 at idle and walbro intake 255lph pump is in. Timing is retarded almost all the way at the distributor. Is it leaning out? In boost the a/f gauge is almost as far as possible in green range.

no your not leaning out,,, tan is normal, a lighter color is a good burn. Just as long as they are not white its all good.
