got tuned had probs vid here though
yep had lots of problems 1 after another.. sat didnt even start tuning..
my intake manifold i had wich was ported has a crack in the number 4 runner... we changed gaskets injector seals and it wouldnt stop leaking we pulled it out again and look over it with for a while with a light and found a hair line crack about 2 inches long on #4 runner.
shut it down for the night looked for a intake mani... couldnt find ----
found one from i guy on a forum about 40 mins from the shop got it sunday morning about 10..
it was a stock z6.
had no sensors or fuel rail..
had to find ---- that woiuld work sionce my aem fuel rail was for a y8 so it didnt bolt up.
found one put it on and had to fab a place to cover the iacv holes did that got it all together ready to tune at about 5 pm
started tuning.. f-ing profec boost controller was acting an *** and wouldnt hold boost steady or it would spike i had to mess with the gain for liek a hour or 2 i would change the gain 1 notch and it woul be a total opposite extreme.. so 14% was the sweet spot but it wasent perfect .. im selling it .. gonna use the hondata boost controll with gm solenoid
so about 7pm we start tuning and the powerr is falling off early as hell right after 7100 rpm.. we figure its from the restriced flow of the z6 tb and intake mani.. so we left with 350.5 whp and 286 ft lbs of tq on a dynodynamics.. translate that to a dyno jet and it 403whp and 327.9 ft lbs
im buying a better intake mani and tb and gonna go back and turn the boost up higher only went to 25psi .. no use when it falls off at 7100.... it was a big waste of time,.. its still fast as hell but i want it alot faster vid is uploading ill post it later tonight

took about 2 months i just messaged him on aim a whole bunch.. slsfab is his aim he only gets on at lunch.. call him out on honda-tech and u will get a reply .. only do it if ur really pissed becasue its bad business when u get a call outon ht .. gotta do what u gotta do
