Got my X-mas present!!! Greddy Type-S BOV!!!
so i just got my x-mas present from my girlfriend and its a greddy type-s bov!!! ...ebay style but w/e!!! lol but anyways it didnt come with any instructions but ive read in a few forums and some say to just install the upper bigger outlet to a vacum line and leave the bottom smaller one alone and others say to install the upper one and to run the lower smaller one back into the charge piping??? does anyone know the correct way to insatll it???

ive also heard to run the small one to the charge piping. supposed to help with higher boost. but i dunno. running the top one alone will be fine

I only ran the top, the bottom port is supposed to create a quicker response.

you run the top bigger one to the intake plenum. the small one can be left alone if you want the chirp/whistle sound and if you hook it up between the turbo and the throttle body somewhere and turn the adjustment screw way in. it make the fluttering sound.

Fluttering is compressor surge. Type S are supposed to flutter.

leave the small one open and hook up the bigger one

wait wait wait. If you hook up teh bottom outlet to the charge pipe before the TB, it will cause it to release air in a flutter? I love fluttering bovs. I Was getting sick of my type S whistle.
