ok i got this turbo free from my auto teacher. it is off of a 84 chrysler 2.2. what i am wondering is what is up with that weird looking vaccume thing by the air inlet is? i looked around and read some chrysler pages but couldnt find any thing. well here is a diagram i found, sorry no actual pictures but can some one help me please. thanks alot.

the vacuum thing by the inlet is the blow off valve built into the compressor housing.
