Is this a good deal, need input

I found someone selling a brand new garret t3/t4 stage 3 turbo, 60 trim .63 ar exhaust for $475, is that a good deal.

Sounds like a good deal to me. If tis brand new that is a good deal. I paid $540 for a brand new T3.
